Faith Driven Consumer (“FDC” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and are committed to treating and using Personal Information (as defined below) about you responsibly.

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information, from or about you in connection when you use our website (located at: faithdrivenconsumer.com) or any of our other websites that link to this Notice (each, a “Site,”) and/or interact with us through any of our Sites. Any references to “Personal Information” in this Notice shall mean: any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could be reasonably linked, directly or indirectly, to you. Personal Information does not include publicly available information (for example, information from federal, state, or local government records), “Aggregated Information” (information xrelating to multiple individuals that has been combined and grouped together, resulting in a data set that is not reasonably capable of identifying any individual) or “De-identified Information” (information that is not attributable to an identified or identifiable individual).
This Notice applies to information we may receive, collect, or maintain about you when you visit our Site and through any forms or applications you may complete on it.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information:
- we collect offline;
- you submit to us through email, text message or other forms of electronic message; or
- we collect or receive by any other means, including any third-party websites, applications, or services applications or content that may link to or be accessible from or through the Sites.
If you do not agree with our policies and practices set out in this Notice, your choice is to not use our Site. By accessing or using the Site, the products, services and information provided on or through the Site and/or any of its functionalities provided on or through the Site, you acknowledge that you agree to this Notice. If you do not agree with the terms set out in this Notice, please do not visit the Site, or provide us with any information about you, and please delete any cookies placed on your web browser and/or hard drive by the Site.
- INTENDED AGE AND LOCATION
The Site is intended for users eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information or market the Site to children under the age of eighteen (18). If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child, without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. The Site is intended for use by residents of the United States of America. If you are located outside the United States of America, please be aware that any information you provide to FDC on or through the Sites will be transferred to the United States of America. By using the Site, interacting with FDC through the Site, and/or providing us with your information (including Personal Information), you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States of America.
III. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT
We may collect or be provided with the following categories of Personal Information about you when you use our Site and depending on how you use our Site. To understand how we collect, use and disclose your Personal Information, please see the “How we Collect, Use, and Disclose Personal Information” section below.
- General Visitor
If you visit the Site for general information purposes or to learn more about the Site or services and products that we offer, but not to create or log-in to an online account on the Site (“Account”), we, entities that we contract with to provide services to support our business and delivery of purchased products and services (“Service Providers”), or other entities that we work with who are not Service Providers, such as marketing partners (“Third Parties”) may collect the following categories of information about you:

- Physical address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Internet Protocol (IP) Address
- Browser type, version and language
- Information about how you use and interact with our Site (e.g., links you click, your activities on pages you visit)

Through the “Contact Us” form on the Site, you may be able to send messages to us without the need to create an Account. The “Contact Us” form includes an open text field where you are able to provide us with any information you choose, which may include additional categories of Personal Information than the categories listed above or below in the “Creators and Users of Accounts” section (e.g., religious affiliation, marital status, health or medical diagnosis information, etc.). You acknowledge and agree that any information that you provide to us through the “Contact Us” form, is at your sole discretion and risk. By providing us with any such information through the “Contact Us” form, you acknowledge and agree that FDC may use the information for any of the purposes disclosed in the “How We Use Personal Information” section below. FDC highly recommends that you carefully consider the information you are providing FDC and not provide any information, including Personal Information, that are sensitive in nature, you wish to keep confidential, or you are not comfortable providing us.
- Creators and Users of Accounts
If you register for, log-in to, or use your Account through the Site, in addition to the categories of information collected from General Visitors, above, we, our Service Providers, and/or our Third Parties may also collect the following categories or information about you:
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Payment information
- Purchase history
- Personal interest preferences (e.g., brands you prefer)

- How We Collect Personal Information
The types of Personal Information we collect depends on your interaction with us and the Site. We, or our Service Providers, may collect Personal Information:
- Directly from you, such as when you access or use the Site or any of the functionalities provided through the Site, register for, log-in to or use your Account, purchase any products or services through the Faith Driven Consumer Store, and/or contact or correspond with us; and/or
- From our ThirdParties, such as marketing partners.
We (or our Service Providers) may also collect the categories of information listed in Section III.A under the “General Visitor” section, about you directly or indirectly through interactions with our Sites, or ads (“Online Information”). Though certain Online Information may not, alone, reveal your specific identity, some of this information may be used or associated with Personal Information, or may itself be considered Personal Information (such as IP address). The purpose of collecting this information is to improve our Site, its functionalities and our offerings. The collection of this information also allows for the compilation of De-identified and Aggregated Information that can help us conduct research into our consumer base and better understand the needs of our users and community engagement.
- How We Use Personal Information
We may use Personal Information for the following business purposes:
- To deliver products, information, or services, including to:
- complete transactions that you have requested;
- provide Account services that you have requested;
- recognize and remember you when you visit our Site;
- improve our Site and make it easier to use, and provide you with an overall improved experience on our Site;
- notify you about updates to your Account, products, and/or services;
- perform quality assurance activities that maintain the quality of services provided to you; or
- respond to your inquiries.
- To provide advertising about our products and services, including:
- sending marketing materials inclusive of newsletters, promotional emails, text messages and updates, and abandoned cart notices; or

- for audit purposes within our organization; or
- comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
In some cases, you may be asked to provide certain information necessary to provide access to or use of your Account, and/or the functionalities provided through our Site. In these cases, if you do not provide us with the requested information, you may be unable to use your Account or functionalities provided through our Site.
- How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information to certain parties for business or marketing purposes or as may be legally required, subject to your right to opt-out of certain disclosures. FDC may share your Personal Information in the following ways:
- Service Providers. Service Providers that provide services on our behalf or help us or our business (such as provider of the Faith Driven Consumer Store, data cloud providers, information technology services, customer support, email delivery, marketing, consumer research, and website analytics).
- Advertising Partners. We may share information with Third Parties for the purpose of tailoring, analyzing, managing, reporting, and optimizing advertising you see on the Site and other online services we do not operate (e.g., displaying advertisements for products and services that we believe you may be interested in based on Personal Information obtained or inferred from your activities on our Site and/or other sites and online services that we do not operate). These third parties may use cookies, pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs), and/or other technologies to collect such information for such purposes. - Analytic Partners. To third-party analytics Service Providers for the purpose of enhancing our Site and improving the effectiveness of our advertising, including:

- Personalizing the ads that users see based on their activities on the Site.
- Optimizing our campaigns based on front-end metrics provided by ads and analytics (e.g., clicks and webpage impressions).
- Tracking the performance of our campaigns and measuring key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and return on investment to understand how our campaigns are performing and make data-driven decisions.
- Business and marketing partners. Third parties with whom we co-sponsor events or promotions, with whom we jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may be of interest to you.
- Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
- Legal authorities. Law enforcement, government authorities, regulatory agencies, and third parties, as we believe in good faith, are necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above and comply with applicable law.
- Business transferees. Acquirers and other relevant participants in business transactions (or negotiations of or due diligence for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of or equity interests in, the Bank (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
- Faith Driven Consumer Store
The Site allows you to browse and purchase products and services provided by third-party providers through the Faith Driven Consumer Store (located at: https://faithdrivenconsumer.com/store/) (the “Store”). Please note that while the Store is provided through the Site, it is operated by our trusted Service Provider, LaaSy, Inc. (“LaaSy”). Any Personal Information you provide while accessing and using the Store is collected and processed pursuant to LaaSy’s Privacy Policy (located at: https://www.laasy.co/privacy). You acknowledge and agree that FDC is not liable for the collection, or processing of Personal Information through the Store pursuant to Lassy’s Privacy Policy. You further agree that (as discussed above in the “How We Collect Personal Information” section) Lassy may disclose certain Personal Information about you (as discussed in the “What Personal Information Do We Collect” section) to FDC for the purposes disclosed above (in the “How We Use Personal Information” section).
With respect to certain products or services you may choose to avail through the Store, we do not collect or store any of your financial information, such as your debit or credit card account numbers, that you provide through the Store. The operator of the Store, LaaSy, whether by itself or through a third-party service provider as a payment intermediary service (as currently disclosed in LaaSy’s Privacy Policy) processes credit and debit card transactions through the Store (“Payment Processor”). You expressly understand and agree that we are not responsible for the use of your information (including Personal Information) to facilitate any payments and monetary transactions that occur through your use of the Store. You are responsible for all transactions processed through the Store and/or Payment Processor and provide any information (including Personal Information) to the Payment Processor at your own discretion. Before using such a Payment Processor, we recommend you review any agreement (including any terms of use), or policies (including any privacy notices) provided by the Payment Processor and make sure you agree with such agreements and policies.
- Links to Other Sites and Other Privacy Notices
Our Sites may contain links to other parties’ websites (such as: Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or Instagram). When you click on these links, you may be providing information, including Personal Information, to the other party, us, or both. We have no control over the privacy practices or content of these linked websites, so we recommend that you carefully review the privacy notice or statements of every other party’s website that you visit. If you disclose your information to other websites on the internet, you do so at your own risk as different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of such information.
- How We Retain Personal Information
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which they were obtained unless a longer retention period is required by law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
- The length of time necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy;
- Whether we may need to respond to questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf;
- Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or
- Whether retention is advisable based on our legal position, such as applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations.
- USE OF COOKIES AND ONLINE IDENTIFIERS
We, our digital Service Providers and Third Parties (e.g., Google, Meta or X (formerly Twitter)) may use Cookies, Web Beacons, mobile advertising identifiers, and other technologies for the purposes of delivering tailored advertising to you across the internet, and to help manage and optimize our internet-business and communications. “Cookies” are pieces of data stored by your browser and used by web servers to uniquely distinguish your browser from all others and remember your browser over time, including preferences and other information. “Web Beacons” are small image files that are loaded when a web page or other online resource is processed by your browser (including when emails are opened). - Use of Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to collect certain analytical information (including IP addresses) to help us better understand activity on the Site. Google Analytics uses Cookies to track you on the Site, record multiple visits by you to the Site, and record all the pages you visit on the Site. Google Analytics tracks your visits to the Site whenever you return.

The Site may use all features of Google Analytics for display advertisers, including obtaining specific visitor cookie data, such as the source, medium, and keyword used to visit the Site. Google Analytics does not store any user-specific data, and the Site will not use specific data regarding Users or Visitors in any way related to Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Remarketing.
The Site may use remarketing with Google Adwords and analytics to display content-specific advertisements to you if you previously visited the Site when you go to other websites that have Google Display Network implemented.
The Site and other third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to the Site.
We will not facilitate the merging of Personal Information with non-personally identifiable information that is collected through any Google advertising product or feature unless you specifically and affirmatively provide us with your consent to that merger of Personal Information and non-personally identifiable information.

VII. CHOICES RELATED TO HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have choices about how we use your information, including what kinds of marketing you want to receive from us.

If you do not wish to have your email address or contact information used by FDC to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt out by clicking the “unsubscribe” link (or other similar link) in any promotional email or communication we send you, or by sending us an email stating your request to [info@faithdrivenconsumer.com]. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.
Please note that if you opt-out of our use of your information for the marketing and promotional purposes stated above, we will still contact you for transactional purposes, such as to service your Account or respond to an inquiry. Even if you opt out of marketing emails or communications from us, we will continue to send you important administrative messages.
- Do-Not-Track Signals
Do not track is a privacy preference that you can set in your web browser. We currently do not employ technology that changes how our servers treat your browser if our servers receive a “do-not-track” signal from your browser since there is currently no universal standard on how to apply these settings.
VIII. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can review and change your personal information by logging into and visiting your Account. In the event, you make any such request to correct or update your Personal Information, we may request additional information from you to verify your identity before we can correct or update your Personal Information.

Please refer to this Notice regularly. FDC may need to change this Notice from time to time to address new issues and reflect changes on our Site or within our organization. We will post material changes on our Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Notice so that you will always know our current policies regarding our collection, use, disclosure or retention of Personal Information.
