Public Culture
The shared environment shaping the norms.
Live Faith Driven
Public culture is the shared “normal” of everyday life—what is celebrated, expected, permitted, and punished.
It shows up in what we see in media, what is taught in schools, what is promoted in the marketplace, and what is affirmed at work.
Public culture decides whether faith is pushed into private-only life or welcomed as real. That is why our choices and united witness matter: will we reinforce the current environment, or change it over time?
Romans 12:2
Why Public Culture Matters
It’s not about comfort. It is about living faith as God intends through whole-life stewardship. Everything God gives is for more than ourselves.
When faith is sidelined and everyday worship gets pushed into private-only life, we shrink into self-focused consumption instead of purpose-driven living.
Public culture is shaped by united witness. Add-Us-In means parity, not privilege—the same room others have, so we can bring our full selves into everyday life.
How to Engage Public Culture
Name one place public culture pressures you to go quiet - and what you fear it will cost.
Set your conscience line: what you can and cannot affirm before God.
